Top 20 credit union renews uOpen & uFund^® contract and strengthens integration with Fiserv's XP Systems

MEMPHIS, Tenn., February 23, 2009 - uMonitor, the innovative financial solution services provider for banking customer and credit union member acquisition and retention, announced that Star One Credit Union has chosen to renew and expand its uOpen & uFund^® with switch kit services. In addition the credit union will deploy uTransfer^® - the account to account funds transfer solution to strengthen its online offerings for the members, allowing members to move money from anywhere, 24X7. With 4.3 billion in assets, Star One is the largest credit union based in Silicon Valley and its services reach more than 8078,000 members worldwide.

Star One has worked with uMonitor since 2006, leveraging uOpen & uFund^® for a streamlined account opening and funding process online and in the branch. The service enables new and members to set-up deposit accounts, fund them and sign up for additional offers such as Online Banking and ATM cards. Members are also presented with preapproved offers, including Credit Cards and Auto Loans, using the credit union's decisioning logic.

The new service will offer an enhanced user experience with an upgrade to the look and feel of the application, as well as real-time certified integration with Star One's core system platform from XP Systems, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV). By increasing uMonitor's integration with XP Systems, Star One will not only continue to offer members the real-time experience of account setup but will also eliminate processing time in the back office with upgraded reporting, branch management and SEG group management capabilities.
