Job description:
- Introduce uMonitor solutions to targeted accounts
- Identify key decision makers and executive contacts within targeted prospects.
- Sales prospecting will include cold calling, mail outs, trade shows, website leads.
- Build rapport with key contact by utilizing a consultative approach.
- Present benefits of uMonitor's services to obtain a commitment to explore further identify prospect needs and develop proposals.
- Close the Deal and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Manage a complex sales cycle with multiple buying influences
- Provide weekly sales report and pipeline opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sale pipeline tied to a quota.
- Work within assigned territory.[California/Dallas/Chicago/Memphis]
Requirements:
- Software Sales experience is needed
- [Bank and credit union experience will be an added plus.]
- Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles, and strive to exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Self motivated and time management skills to deliver desired results.
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Strong prospecting, "solution" selling and closing skills.
- Excellent relationship building/managing skills
