uAnalyze® is a comprehensive backend support tool for your financial institution that allows for back office security efficiency and risk management of your client's accounts. These features include:

  1. Transaction Queue Monitoring - This feature is unique in the industry, allowing the financial institution to stop fraudulent transactions up to two days after being initiated. Your financial institution can also monitor the queue based on different criteria - outbound transactions, inbound transactions, high dollar transactions, etc.

  2. IP Address Monitoring - Allows all client logins to be recorded by IP address and browser information, which is then translated into a physical address. This information is monitored extensively and analyzed against a list of fraudulent IP addresses and locations.

  3. Fraudulent Account Number Monitoring - All accounts associated with any previous fraudulent activity is stored and analyzed against lists of accounts listed on customer profiles, allowing an improved method of identifying possible fraudulent transactions.

  4. Transaction Returns Monitoring - This uAnalyze system monitors all transactions. A possible fraudulent user transaction will be disabled based on generation of certain "Return Codes". For example, a fraudulent transaction might trigger an R10: Customer Advises Not Authorized, or an R29: Corporate Customer Advises Not Authorized.
